I love the apt complex I live in!  The rent increased, so I thought I'd buy a mobile home.

The realtor who sold it to me and the resident manager of the park committed fraud.

I have a trust account, I'm bipolar. It's a senior park 55+.  I was only 50 when I was approved.

I asked the manager why I was approved, she said, because I have special needs.

the realtor told the manager I may end up in wheelchair! 

The manager counted my credit card as part of my income!

I have one more months rent for my apt in my trust and none left for the space rent!

Space rent is due feb 1.

Well here you go, our gov't in action.  Thank heavens for city hall, if it weren't for them and God, I would be looking to move!

I have never been the type to ask for the help of others, as I have worked really hard since I was a teen. I recently had to leave my last job and for the last month haven't been able to makes ends meet. I have completely cut out anything that I don't absolutely need and I am STILL struggling. My rent was due by the 6th of August and if it isn't paid by the 21st, I will be EVICTED! I have always paid rent on time and can't imagine what I would do without a place to live. I have busted my behind sending out my resume and attending interviews on a regular basis; at 24 people tell me I'm OVER-qualified for most of the jobs I apply to.

I am looking for up to 5 people to lend about $150-$200 by the 21st of August, so I can pay rent. I pledge to pay these people back the 21st of September, as I expect to have gotten a job and a couple of paychecks under my belt. I do have some promising leads right now, but those won't pay the rent by next week! Thank you in advance for your kindness, I know this is short notice! I will keep you posted on the job search and successes!

I am a Veteren by serving in the Iraqi War. Ever since i been out of the service it has been rough finding a good living standard in the civilian world. iI am a loving mother of two that loves to enjoy the outside, read and help others.

I met the perfect woman fell in love and for some reason lost touch of reality. We bought a decent house and had everything figured out. Well not everything as I found out about a huge tax debt I had unknowingly obtained from a previous self employment venture. Well I did realize the impact when a notice of levy came in my mail box and now the IRS garnishes 66% of my wages. Thats before my 480 dollar a month child support I pay for my wonderful 2 year old daughter. We really need help in getting past this. We want so much to keep our home but as months go by further and further we fall from that reality. Maybe there is someone out there who will except less of a monthly payment then the IRS. we need help ,last year we had a problem my daughter had accident and  we lost all our saving at this time almost i and my wife we want kill our self we have a hair salon more than 6 years and another income $2000.00 we need $25000.00 and we can pay $500.00 per month.

I live ina small town with the realization that I am never going to get ahead working for someone e;se.  I am looking for a business grant to start up a grocery store becase in my town of 6000, we have NO GROCERY...it went out of busness becase there prices were too high and their customer service sucked!!!!   Anyone that can help give me straight up instructions on how to begin my search for obtaining a grant...please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
